About Guilherme

Hey! I'm Guilherme, software engineer and product engineering leader, based in Berlin.

I help software product companies become more productive by communicating clearly, prioritizing aggressively and treating their teams like professionals. I approach software engineering as the practice of building products that go live within real world constraints of cost and time.

Before working as a consultant, I built and led teams in large organizations like Klarna and Zalando, as well as smaller startups like Passbase (acquired) and Midlane.

Current interests include web accessibility and performance, modern CSS and LISPs. Permanent interests include distributed systems, platform engineering, security, privacy and compliance.
